A professional basketball player is busy in his hometown of Schenectady, putting together a big three-day festival starting Friday.

   Basketball tourney set for next week
Two basketball tournaments scheduled here next weekend should fill the need for all hoop enthusiasts. Willie James, a Fairmont Senior High School and Fairmont State graduate, is directing both of them. They were announced last spring but the date has been moved back.
